Every free credit promotion in Malaysia is written in the same handful of terms — turnover, wagering, max withdrawal, no deposit. This page explains what each one means and what it costs you, so the conditions on an operator’s promotion page read as plain English rather than fine print.

The headline figure on a free credit promotion is the least informative part of it. Two offers advertising the same credit can be worth very different amounts once the conditions are applied: one may be withdrawable after a modest amount of play, the other capped so low that most of the credit can never leave the account.
What separates them is always in the terms. That is where the turnover requirement, the withdrawal cap, the eligible games and the expiry window are stated, and it is why this site consistently points readers at the operator’s promotion page rather than reproducing figures that go stale.
The terms, one by one
These are the terms you will meet on almost every Malaysian free credit promotion. Read them in this order — each one narrows what the credit is actually worth.
- Free credit
Promotional balance an operator adds to an account for play. It behaves like a balance in the games it covers, but it is not cash: it carries conditions that ordinary deposited funds do not, and those conditions decide whether any of it can ever be withdrawn.
What to check: Whether the promotion describes free credit or a deposit-matched bonus, because the two are governed by different terms even when the headline figure looks similar.
- No depositalso called free credit no deposit
The credit is granted without requiring money to be paid in first. It describes how the credit is obtained and nothing else — a no-deposit offer can still carry a turnover requirement, a withdrawal cap and an expiry window.
What to check: Whether a deposit is required at any later point, such as before a withdrawal can be processed. Some promotions are no-deposit to claim but not no-deposit to cash out.
- Turnover requirementalso called wagering requirement, rollover
The total amount that must be staked before a balance derived from the credit becomes withdrawable. It is expressed as a multiple of the credit, of a deposit, or of both together, and it is the single term that most often decides whether an offer is worth claiming.
What to check: What the multiple applies to. The same multiplier against credit plus deposit is a substantially larger requirement than against the credit alone, and the difference is easy to miss in a single sentence.
- Eligible gamesalso called game restrictions
The games the credit may be played on. Some promotions cover all slot titles, others name a single provider or a specific game, and many exclude table games, live dealer tables or particular high-return slots entirely.
What to check: Whether excluded games merely fail to count toward turnover or void the promotion outright — those are very different penalties for the same mistake.
- Game weightingalso called contribution
How much a stake on a given game counts toward the turnover requirement. Play on a fully weighted game contributes its whole stake; play on a partially weighted one contributes only a fraction, so the requirement takes proportionally more staking to clear.
What to check: Whether every eligible game contributes equally. A game can be permitted and still contribute far less than its stake, which lengthens the requirement without appearing to.

A ceiling on how much can be withdrawn from the credit, however much the play was worth. Anything above the ceiling is forfeited when the withdrawal is processed, which is why this term, not the headline credit, determines an offer’s real upper value.
What to check: Whether the cap is a fixed sum or a multiple of the credit, and whether it applies per promotion, per day or per withdrawal.
- Maximum betalso called bet limit while bonus is active
The largest single stake permitted while promotional credit is in play. It exists to stop a requirement being cleared in a few large spins, and it typically applies for as long as the credit or anything derived from it remains in the account.
What to check: The consequence of exceeding it. On many promotions a single oversized stake voids the credit and everything won from it, with no warning at the time the bet is placed.
- Expiryalso called validity period
The window in which the credit must be claimed, played, or the turnover requirement cleared. When it closes, unclaimed credit and any balance still tied to an unmet requirement are usually removed.
What to check: Which clock is running — time to claim, time to play, or time to complete turnover. These are separate windows and a promotion may set more than one.
- Verificationalso called KYC
The identity and account checks an operator carries out before a withdrawal is released. It is a condition of paying out rather than of claiming, so it commonly appears only at the point a withdrawal is requested.
What to check: What documents are required and whether the account details match the payment details, since a mismatch is the usual reason an otherwise valid withdrawal is held.
- One per person, household or devicealso called duplicate account rule
A restriction limiting the promotion to a single claim across accounts sharing a name, address, payment method, IP address or device. Multiple claims are normally treated as abuse of the promotion rather than as an error.
What to check: How broadly the rule is drawn. A household or shared-connection clause can catch a genuinely separate person using the same network.
- Daily or recurring creditalso called free credit 365 hari
A promotion that can be claimed more than once on a stated schedule rather than a single time. Phrasing suggesting continuous availability is a description of the promotion the operator is running at the moment, not an undertaking that it will continue.
What to check: Whether recurrence is stated explicitly in the terms and what each claim requires. A promotion described in daily language may still attach conditions to individual claims.
Before you claim
Read the promotion’s own terms on the operator’s site, not a summary of them anywhere else — including this one. A promotion can be amended, paused or withdrawn at any time, and the version on the operator’s page at the moment you claim is the version that binds.
